I have severe arthritis in both hands and this keyboard is arthritis friendly. The keys are so easy to use.And I love that it lights up because my keyboard sits on a roller shelf that goes under the desk and it makes it hard to see the keys. The design is great and I will never use another brand keyboard again.
I've only had this keyboard for about a year and the "A", "S" and "N" keys have no paint left of them.I've never had a keyboard in which the letters on the keys wore off.I like to change the colors, occasionally and the keys themselves are very smooth and easy to use.
Everyone that sees it wants it.It's beautiful on the purple color & HOT with the red lighting while the blue lighting is nice & neutral.Works great, I also like the feel of the keys as you type. I'm not a gamer but I must tell you I LOVE this keyboard. Sure not sorry I opted for this one.
A wireless would be sweet but then again I got this keyboard because my last one sucked up batteries like crazy. The biggest complaint I have with this keyboard is some of the keys have preasure sensitivity problems. Bottom line, the black coating isn't the best quality and obviously has some problems with wearing or chipping. As for the soft keys, I would say this keyboard is no more quiet than any normal keyboard you would get factory shipped with a new computer. Highly annoying when typing something like a paper or messages at a fast past and noticing that none of the n's you typed are in there. The lights are great and all the colors light up very vibrantly and the level of intensity is also cool but not really necessary.
Bottom line, lights are awesome but there are some apparent quality issues with this keyboard. Its not quiet but its not loud. You pretty much want light or you dont. When I opened it new from the box and plugged it in, I noticed two keys had a few spots where the black coating had worn a little. I bought this specifically so I could type in the dark while not disturbing my special lady friend sleeping in the bed. When lit up, you could see clearly that light was coming through on spots of these keys were the coating had worn, easy fix, took some black model paint i had laying around and problem solved.
My 'n' and 'enter' key need to be nearly punched in order for it to register.
I had to switch back to my HP keyboard, which also has issues, but at least the keys work. Four of the keys stopped working after just a few months of light use. I won't purchase this brand again.
